ABOUT THE EVENT
A Virtual Event for preservation of our environment through Fitness by planting more and more saplings ( plants ) on the Occasion of Bidding GoodBye to the Year 2021 & welcoming the New Year 2022.
A message to all by this Virtual Multi Event is not to destroy our nature by cutting down trees and keep ourselves and the upcoming generation free from all the health ailments by achieving daily fitness goals.
So Lets take an initiative individually to Conserve Our Nature and keep it safe for our future. Encourage every individual to Contribute towards “FITNESS” n ” HEALTH“.
Mandatory Activity For All The Participants :
Record 1 minute video for any one of the activities mentioned below every day before or after your fitness activity.
Activity 1 :- Plant a sapling.
Activity 2 – Water the plants.
Activity 3 – Clean ( Sweep ) a small part in the surrounding of your house.
Activity 4 – Donate food , clothes, blankets to a needy Human Being. ( Donate directly to the needy ) This is the time to initiate your 1st step towards donation.

All these activities should be done maintaining social distancing and following all the Government rules & regulations for Covid-19.
For Categories
Day 1 to Day 3 :
Minimum 2 kms, No Upper limits. Your Desired Distance. Decide Your Own Distance.
Day 4 to Day 11 :
Minimum 5 minutes of Activity Non-Stop.
Guidelines
1. Perform your activity inside your home as per your convenience and government guidelines on & from 24th December 2021 till 03rd January 2022.
***To get qualified for the event Participants have to Walk / Run / Ride or Other Activities from 24th December 2021 till 03rd January 2022.
2. Walk/Run/Ride or Other Activities with App / Watch / Record & Submit a Video to track your activity and submit data with proof on the link provided.
3. Data can be submitted only at – https://events.fitleap.in/evergreen-multi-event (From 24th December 2021 till 04th January 2022. everyday you have to submit your activity data to prevent disqualification ). Link will be available on the same page of event description from 24th December 2021 at 8am and it will be valid till 3 pm on 04th January 2022.
4. Data submission is MANDATORY (Strictly No Exception allowed)
5. Once you finish your run/ walk/ride you have to click a screenshot of the app you are using to calculate your distance. And for Other Activities you need to record the video of your activity . You need to submit this screenshot & the Video as a proof of distance you covered on the link provided.

COMPETITION TIMING & DURATION
Competition Start Time ( Everyday ) – 5 am
Competition End Time ( Everyday ) – 5 pm
Activity / Video Submission ( Everyday ) – 7pm to 10pm
Results Declaration – 8th January, 2022
COMPETITION RULES
1) FOR WALK / RUN / RIDE – LONGEST DISTANCE COVERED AT A STRETCH. WITHOUT ANY HALTS.
COVER MORE DISTANCE TO GET AWARDED.
SUBMIT YOUR ACTIVITY SCREENSHOT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME.
2) FOR DAY 4 – DAY 11 ACTIVITIES ONLY
PERFORM THE ACTIVITY FOR 5 MINUTES WITHOUT ANY BREAK, NON-STOP. RECORD IT. THE VIDEO SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN 6 MINUTES.
SUBMIT YOUR ACTIVITY VIDEO WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME.
ASSESSMENT PROCESS –
1) REPORT SUBMISSION TIME.
2) POSSIBILITIES OF DISQUALIFICATION.
3) ACTIVITY PERFORMANCE.
4) VISIBILITY OF THE RECORDED VIDEO ( THE VIDEO SHOULD NOT BE BLUR )
ALL THE COMPETITORS ( PAID ) WILL GET PERSONALISED T-SHIRTS , CERTIFICATES OF ACHIEVEMENT , E-CERTIFICATES.
IN EACH ACTIVITY CATEGORIES ONLY 1 TOP MEMBER WILL AWARDED WITH THE CUSTOMISED MEDAL ALONG WITH THE OTHER ATTRACTIONS.

Certificates will be sent only to those participants who will submit their activity data properly.

** THE REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
** REGISTER ONLY IF YOU ARE MEDICALLY FIT FOR THE ACTIVITY, ORGANIZER & THE COMPANY HOLDS NO RESPONSIBILITY IF THE PARTICIPANTS FACES ANY HEALTH ISSUES THROUGHOUT THE EVENT.
** PARTICIPANT THEMSELVES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PARTICIPATION.

2) Perform your activity as per your convenience and government guidelines to get qualified.
3) Our organization will not be responsible if the participant breaches any government rules for covid19 pandemic.
4) In case any dispute, the final decision will be under the hands of the organization.
5) Direct disqualification if found unfair attempt. No refund Policy. So always have a fair-play.
6) Toddlers ,Children’s, Students should participate under the supervision of Parents or Guardians only.

Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Takeaways (Medals, T-Shirts, Certificates, E certificate,) will be delivered according to your selected ticket only.
The E-Certificate will be sent to you within the first week of the virtual Event.
Due to the pandemic situation delivery services are taking time so please be patient. The medal & Certificates for paid category will be delivered to you within 50 – 70 Days of the activity.
